Every unit converts through the henry (the base unit). To convert A → B, multiply by A's factor and divide by B's:

When you need it
Reference values: a PCB via is ~1 nH, a buck converter coil 2.2–47 µH, a mains filter choke 1–10 mH. Resonance moves fast with prefix errors — L and C swap factors of 1,000 shift an LC filter by ~32×.
