Frequently asked questions
Is the converted PowerPoint actually editable?
Yes. Text becomes real text boxes, images become image objects, and simple rectangles and lines become native PowerPoint shapes. Most free converters export flat page screenshots — this tool rebuilds the elements.
Does the output work with Google Slides?
Yes. The tool produces a standard .pptx file, which Google Slides imports directly via File → Import slides, keeping text boxes and images editable.
My PDF is a scan — can I still convert it?
Yes. When the PDF has no text layer, the tool offers OCR with a language picker. Recognized text becomes editable text boxes over the page image, all processed locally.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The file is parsed with pdf.js and the .pptx is generated with PptxGenJS, both running in your browser. Your document never leaves your device.
